Mr.Symer is a trial lawyer and partner in the law firm. A graduate of Vassar College and New York Law School, he worked in the emergency medical field prior to and during his education. His practice encompasses medical malpractice defense, health law, business law, and matters integral to medical practices.

Mr. Symer regularly lectures to the medical profession as part of the Continuing Medical Education programs. Between 1984 and 1987, he primarily practiced in general civil law and commercial litigation in the state and federal courts. Since 1987, his practice has been focused on medico-legal issues and premise liability actions as well as providing ancillary legal services to the medical profession.
