Clifford A. Platt

A graduate of Pace University School of Law, Mr. Platt has practiced civil litigation defense in state and federal courts, successfully representing a variety of individuals, institutional, and corporate clients in matters from lawsuit inception through trial. His work on insurance defense issues has been published in the Pace Law Review.

He holds an undergraduate engineering degree from the State of New York, College of Environmental Science in Syracuse.

Mr. Platt is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in all Second Circuit Federal Courts. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law in a large international defense law firm. His areas of civil litigation practice and experience include medical malpractice, products liability, labor law, highway construction and design, and general premise liability. Mr. Platt also provides guidance to the medical profession for the creation of compliance programs with Medicare fraud and abuse laws. Mr. Platt is a partner with the firm.
